E-MEM® SW series

Product introduction

The seawater (SW) series reverse osmosis membrane elements are developed by E-MEM Company for seawater desalination, high-recovery bitter soda water desalination, can also be applied to the reuse of wastewater resources. The E-MEM SW seawater desalination membrane is based on typical polyamide reverse osmosis membrane materials. By investing in the company's proprietary membrane structure design and optimization technologies such as high pressure bearing and high resistance to salt scale pollution, it meets the strict system stability requirements during the high-rate salt concentration process, and at the same time features a long service life of membrane elements.

Notes:

①. The data and information provided by E-MEM Company in this sample are obtained through long-term experiments. We believe that these data and information are accurate and effective. Please use the product strictly in accordance with the design, use and maintenance requirements of the product and keep relevant data records; E-MEM will not be responsible for any consequences caused by the customer's failure to use and maintain the product in accordance with the conditions provided in this sample.

②. Before the membrane element leaves the factory, the dry membrane element has no protective liquid, and the wet membrane element uses 1.0% sodium bisulfite (add 10% in winter).Propylene glycolAntifreeze) solution and vacuum packed.

③. Dry membrane elements should always be kept moist after being moistened; when wet membrane elements are not used for a long time, in order to prevent the growth of microorganisms, it is recommended to soak the membrane elements with a protective solution (prepared with RO produced water) containing 1.0% sodium bisulfite (food grade).

④. When using the membrane element for the first time, it is recommended to flush it at low pressure for 15-25 minutes, and then at high pressure for 60-90 minutes (the water output should not be less than 50% of the system design water output). The water output and concentrated water in the first hour of the initial operation of the membrane element should be completely discharged.

⑤. It is forbidden to add any chemical agents that may affect the membrane elements during storage and operation. If such chemical agents are used in violation of this rule, E-MEM Company will not be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
